Your privacy is important to us. This privacy policy explains how the Curral app handles your information.

1. Information Collection

The Curral app is designed to work primarily offline. The information you enter in the app is stored locally on your iOS device using Apple's SwiftData technology.

We do not intentionally collect personally identifiable information from you on our servers. The data you record about your farm, animals, and milk production is for your own local use and management.

Locally stored information may include, but is not limited to:

• Farmer's Name and Farm Name.
• Animal details (number, name, breed, age, photo, lactation start date).
• Milking records (quantity, time, date, feed, medication, notes).
• Lists of feeds and medications.

2. Use of Information

The information you enter in the Curral app is used exclusively to:

• Help you manage your dairy herd.
• Record and track milk production.
• Generate graphs and production analysis.
• Generate PDF reports (Field Sheet and Graph Reports) for your personal use or to share with third parties under your responsibility.

The app does not transmit your data to us or third parties without your explicit action (such as when sharing a generated PDF).

3. Data Storage and Protection

All data entered in the Curral app is stored locally on your device using SwiftData.

The protection of this data depends on the security measures you use on your iOS device (such as password, Face ID, or Touch ID).

4. Information Sharing

• We do not share your personal information or farm data with third parties, except:
• When required by law;
• With your explicit consent (e.g., when sharing a PDF report).
• The Curral app does not use:
• Cookies;
• Google AdSense;
• Advertising tracking.
• The app also does not contain external links, except for:
• Official Apple pages (e.g., App Store);
• Your configured support or privacy policy page.

5. Your Rights

Since the data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it.

You can:

• Add, edit, and delete your data directly in the app.
• Uninstall the app to erase local data (except if you have backups via iCloud or iTunes).

6. User Commitment

The user agrees to make appropriate use of the content and features of Curral. In particular:

• A) Not to engage in illegal activities or actions contrary to good faith and public order.
• B) Not to damage the app's systems (logical or operational).

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This policy may be updated periodically. In case of changes:

• We will publish the new version on this page or within the app.
• We recommend that you periodically review this policy.

Changes take effect at the time of publication.
